Is The Light After a replacement for therapy or crisis support?
No. The Light After is not a crisis service, counseling service, or replacement for professional mental health or medical support.
These tools were created as complementary healing resources for women recovering from domestic violence, coercive control, emotional trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.
How do I access my purchase?
After purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital products via email or download link. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see your confirmation email within a few minutes.
Because these are digital products, no physical items will be shipped.
Because The Light After provides immediate access to downloadable digital products, refunds are generally not available for change of mind purchases.

Which album should I start with?
Each collection has been created to support a different aspect of healing.
EFT Tapping Sessions focus on emotional processing, self-worth, release, and healing through guided tapping techniques.
Somatic Breathing Sessions focus on calming the nervous system, creating feelings of safety within the body, and supporting emotional regulation.
Guided Meditations focus on relaxation, visualisation, self-connection, and restorative inner experiences.
Subliminal Messages are designed to provide gentle supportive affirmations beneath calming audio environments to encourage positive mindset shifts over time.

How do I listen to the audio tracks?
The healing tracks can be listened to on most phones, tablets, laptops, and computers.
After purchase, you can:

What if I buy one album and later decide I want the full toolkit?
No problem at all!
Many people choose to begin with a single album before deciding whether they'd like access to the complete collection.
If you later decide to upgrade to The Light After Toolkit, simply contact us with your original order details and we'll provide a discount code that credits your previous album purchase towards the full toolkit.
The goal is to make your healing journey as accessible and supportive as possible, allowing you to explore the resources at your own pace.

Do I need any previous experience with meditation, EFT, or breathwork?
Not at all.
The Light After was created for people from all backgrounds, including those who are completely new to healing modalities such as EFT Tapping, somatic breathing, meditation, subliminal audio, or nervous system support practices.
The recordings are designed to guide you through the experience without requiring any previous knowledge or training.
An audio introduction to the modalities is included within each album.
What if I find it difficult to relax or focus?
This is incredibly common, especially for people who have experienced prolonged stress, trauma, or nervous system dysregulation.
There is no "perfect" way to listen. Some days you may feel deeply connected to the experience, while other days your mind may feel busy or distracted. Both experiences are completely normal.
The goal is not to force relaxation or silence your thoughts. Simply allowing yourself to engage with the recordings regularly can be a supportive step towards creating greater calm, safety, and self-connection over time.
Can I listen while driving or operating machinery?
Some recordings within The Light After may create deep states of relaxation.
For your safety, we recommend listening only when you are in a safe environment where you can fully relax and focus on the experience.
Please do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require your full attention.
What if I become emotional while listening?
Healing experiences can sometimes bring emotions to the surface.
For some people, this may look like tears, yawning, emotional release, feelings of relief, or a deeper awareness of emotions that have been held for a long time. These responses can be a natural part of reconnecting with yourself.
Please move through the recordings gently and at your own pace. If you ever feel overwhelmed, pause the session, return to grounding practices, and seek professional support if needed.
Can I share the recordings with others?

To protect the integrity of the work and support the continued development of The Light After, recordings may not be copied, redistributed, uploaded, shared publicly, or resold without written permission.

Are these recordings suitable if I am currently experiencing domestic violence?
The Light After was created as a supportive healing resource, but it is not a crisis intervention service.
