All products purchased from The Light After are digital downloads and/or streamed audio content. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive access to your digital products via:

• An on-screen download link after checkout
• A confirmation email containing your access or download information

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Delivery Time

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after purchase. In some cases, delivery emails may take a few minutes to arrive depending on your email provider.

If you do not receive your order confirmation or download email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is capable of playing standard audio file formats and accessing digital downloads.

The Light After is not responsible for compatibility issues relating to unsupported devices, software, or internet connectivity problems.
